Residential Counselor/Youth Care Worker
Responsible for the daily care, supervision, and support of the children in the group home. This includes assisting with daily routines, implementing behavior management techniques, and providing emotional support.
Licensed Social Worker/Clinician
Provides counseling, case management, and therapeutic support to the children and their families. They assess the needs of each child, develop treatment plans, and connect them with resources and services.
Program Manager/Coordinator
Oversees the overall operation of the group home, including staffing, programming, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. They liaise with external agencies, coordinate services, and ensure the well-being of the children.
Education Coordinator/Tutor

Activities Coordinator/Recreation Therapist

Nutritionist/Dietitian

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of group homes or residential facilities for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Manage staff, coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide support to residents to promote a safe and supportive living environment.
